Changes in status, mergers, consolidations, or changes in company ownership and workers who are not willing to continue working relations, then workers are entitled to severance pay and / or reward money for years of service and compensation money in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Kasus di perusahaan tsb sesuaui dg UU no 2 tahun 2004 dan Permenaker no 17 tahun 2014 merupakan kewenangan Mediator Kota Semarang karena kasus tsb terjadi di perush yg lokasinya ada di wilayah Kota Semarang, silahkan saudara bisa melaporkan kasus tersebut ke Disnaker Kota Semarang. Terimakasih
